oh.. i miss so many stories to tell. I went to toronto last thursday with my cousin, and Narto <he joined us the next day>. I always love Toronto, not as a living place, but as a place to find good foods and shopping. hehehe.
Thursday: me and my cousin arrived at 5ish. we walked to Eaton Centre to meet my aunt.. and of course i couldn’t resist to do some shopping , you know girls… hehehe.. and then we headed to the korean grill house. Ugh.. i ate a lot. Love the kimchi, i think i ordered 3 kimchi for myself. Also, i tried ox tongue for the first time. At first i was like.. iuuu ox tongue.. but actually.. it’s not that bad, it tastes just like beef. Oh wait.. i think i might’ve tried ox tongue before. They always have it in Sate Padang, right? *waks, suddenly i feel like eating sate padang* lol.
Friday:i went to consulate general with my cousin and met Narto at Eaton Centre. and like usual we just started shopping a little crazy =p Well not that crazy, just visited some stores that we don’t have in london like Zara and H&M. After, we went to korean town for lunch.
Ohhh.. we stopped over to City hall before heading to korean town. we had some hot dog, let my cousin tried how yummy that thing is.. and while lining up for the hot dog we saw horrible thing. One of the hot dog lady got burned. Her gas tank blew up. I was so shocked because i was right beside her stall. My heart was pumping very hard, and i just couldn’t stop shaking. Thank God everything was fine, and the lady also seemed ok. Until now, i don’t know why that lady ran away after she cleaned up herself.
fyi, did u know that Jack Bauer was shooting his latest movie at City Hall? i wish i worked there so i could see him.. hug him… oh stop stop.. you’re out of your mind, ping! LOL.

Then we’re back to Eaton Centre again because we don’t know where to go.I left the map at my aunt’s place… so we’re stuck at that mall until my aunt picked us up to have dinner with her and her husband.. very nice dinner at vietnamese restaurant. Beef noodle soup, and spring rolls + kepiting soka goreng. After that.. me and Narto went straight to the airport to pick up the big guest.
It’s been few days after the big guest <<Narto’s mom>> arrived. We’ve done so many things. Days go really fast, we’ve been doing so many stuffs together. Started from day one. We arrived at 1.30 am. Unpacked her luggage and gee.. i got so many things from her. and oh.. my fave thing is the soymilk maker. It’s too expensive to buy soymilk every day… but now, we can drink soymilk any time we want. hihihi..
Things we do:
1. Cooking
She’s a very good cook; i learn a lot of new things. I’m always happy and willing to learn new way of cooking. She loves cooking in a very simple way which is totally different from my mom does. So here we go.. simple versus complicated way. I can cook simple and delicious foods during the busy days, and mom’s way in holidays. isn’t that great?
2. Dining-out
We all love to eat. I can say we eat the same foods. She loves asian foods just like I do. hihihi. But we also tried Italian foods.
3. Shopping
especially groceries shopping to stack up our cabinet. lol. We’ve been to costco, A&P, loblaws, and of course asian store.
4. watching tv, chatting, laughing <<oh yea.. there’s a lot of laughter here>>, etc..
And my daily schedule is getting better. I don’t sleep late at night anymore and I wake up quite early everyday. Have breakfast everyday, drink milk in the morning.. things that i usually don’t do during holidays.
Uh.. gotta go.. gonna watch some movies.. have a nice day , everyone!
